Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu: khảo sát sự biến đổi các thông số huyết áp (HA) ngày và đêm giúp kiểm soát HA ở bệnh nhân (BN) đái tháo đường (ĐTĐ) týp 2. Đối tượng và phương pháp: 63 BN ĐTĐ týp 2, được chia làm hai: nhóm có tăng HA (HA tâm thu [HATT] ≥ 140 và/hoặc HA tâm trương [HATTr] ≥ 90 mmHg). Nhóm không THA (HATT < 140 và/hoặc HATTr < 90 mmHg). Phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, có so sánh bệnh chứng.

Abstract
Objectives: To survey changes of blood pressure parameters in day and night, help to well control hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes. Subjects and methods: 63 type 2 diabetes patients were divided into two groups: Group with hypertension (systolic blood pressure (SBP) ≥
140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure (D P) ≥ 90 mmHg) and group without hypertension (SBP < 140 and/or DBP < 90 mmHg). Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: Percentage of deeper blood pressure was 57.1%, non-deeper blood pressure was 42.9% at night. Rate overload of SBP, DBP during the day and night; rate of morning blood pressure
rising in diabetic group with hypertension was higher than diabetic group without hypertension. The rate of "white coat" hypertension of subjects was 46%, hidden hypertension was 9.5%, persistent hypertension was 14.3%, normal blood pressure was 52.4%. Conclusions: The parameters on 24 hours blood pressure monitoring in diabetic patients with hypertension were
more disadvantaged than in group without hypertension.
