Objectives: To describe the characteristics of brachial plexus injury (BPI) in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) 3.0 Tesla. Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional prospective study was conducted on 30 patients examined and diagnosed with trauma BPI by MRI 3.0 Tesla at Department of Diagnostic Imaging and treated at 108 Military Central Hospital, during the period from August, 2013 to November, 2015. Results: On MRI, BPI is chiefly concerned with rupture, oedema, pseudomeningocele. Conclusion: MRI 3.0 Tesla can provide the detail of BPI images.
* Keywords: Bracial plexus injury; MRI 3.0 Tesla.
