Tóm tắt
Objectives: To analyse some long-term outcomes of radical laparoscopic surgery treating sigma colon cancer at 103 Military Hospital. Subjects and methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study on 58 patients diagnosed as sigma colon cancer. Result: 100% of patients underwent radical laparoscopic surgery, rate of 12 lymph nodes harvested: 58.62%. 12.07% of patients was in TNM stage 1, 32.76% in TNM stage 2 and 55.17% in TNM stage 3. 11.64% of deaths was found. Postoperative recurrence: 22.41%. 36-month survival rate: 90.9%, disease-free survival rate: 86.53%. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery is effective in treating sigma colon cancer, which need a larger number of patients and more follow-up in the future.
